Full Blast Weekend

**June 28, 2021** So much happens with my weekend that I didn't get to publish an article yesterday. Usually, when Saturday and Sunday come I would excuse myself from my gadgets to have more time with my family especially my son. Got some changes at work that I need to have Saturday work suddenly. I need to comfort my son for hours Friday evening because I can't come home. **SATURDAY ACTIVITIES** Saturday morning I need to deliver personally the wages per project. My boss couldn't trust the timekeepers anymore that he had to send me to give the employees' wages. I finished distributing around 10 am then travel for long hours came home at 3 pm and I'm really tired.

I shared this yesterday in Noise. Cash. It really amazes me that most people still celebrate Independence day the longest. The best thing when I'm at home is that Mom always pampered me with care. She lets me rest because I had a long day traveling from project to project and then going home. She'll just let me sleep and my son will just climb and cuddle until he falls asleep with me.

Woke up because mom wants to have coffee with me. And since I broke my cup for being careless, I'm using my father's cup. hehe hehe. The talking saga would last for hours, but I don't mind as long as I get to talk with her and knows what been up to her for the whole week, even though we constantly talk online. **My little niece Mary Alexis is home**

This little girl is a premature one and it's the first time the family encounters it. Mary Alexis was just 8months old when she decided to come out and see what our world is hehe. She's so small and very light. At first, I was afraid to hold her for I might crash her. She's very fragile, she smiles so little, she never cries (for the 2 days I've been home, never heard her cry). I only see her blink but in just a span of five seconds. This little girl always sleeps and sleeps, even while taking milk from her mom her eyes never open. **Happiness with these kiddos**

Even though I'm not always around, but they really cheer me up every time I think of them especially my son. Now that we have an additional little angel our home will be filled with so much joy from these kids. **SUNDAY ACTIVITIES** Woke up at 5 to attend online daily mass at 5:30 and then went back to sleep after. At 8 am Mom decided to wake me up early because we'll have guests cause my Ate decided to celebrate her birthday. And she invited her co-workers here at home.

So this is the reason why we had so many ingredients at the table. And my grandma is the one cooking for she missed the comfort in cooking so we let her have her happiness by taking over our kitchen.

Been busy tending my sister's guests, that I didn't get to capture the delicious dishes my grandma prepared for the guest and for us. **Kidnapped by her!** As I was busy tending my son, my family, and the guests. My friend suddenly showed up and ask my mom for permission to take me for just a couple of hours because we rarely hang out just the two of us. Luckily my mom agreed but told to be home not later than 7 pm. **A Date with Mahal**

Since we loved eating when were together. Our first stop is Sampgyupsal cause we loved meat hehe. We spend time there talking and eating and talking. All the useless and important stuff and the cope up. Spending time with your friend is never a loss when you value each other as your significant half. Imagine eating and talking for almost 2 hours and we order the unlimited package, haha. Food buddies and chubby cheeks at worst.

Since we're at a mall and we rarely had time to bond because of my schedule so we take the chance to stroll and buy the things I love. She let me have the upper hand on that mini getaway. lol. We get to buy twinning shirts because we already had twinning bracelets and shoes but we never had twinning shirts. I only love a minimum number of colors and one of them is dark blue. She doesn't love dark colors but she agreed for I have the upper hand haha.

After buying twinning shirts, we stop by a stall for she didn't get the chance to try takoyaki. So we sit and eat it with pleasure with the nonstop chat haha

After eating takoyaki we proceed to my next big fave spare time when I'm at the mall, the National Bookstore. I love staying in that store for I love taking time reading the back of the books to know the plot. I only bought 2 books. One to add some fun to my imagination and one to enhance my writing skills.

And because we love eating, after buying books we eat this Korean bread that we can only buy at any SM malls, with, of course, our fave drink, Milt tea with no pearl hehe. On our way home Mom sends a picture and after she called me to know where am I for it's already evening.

She sent me this pic and I took pity on my son although he agreed about me going with Tita Mahal, but still awwwwww. Mom told me he's exhausted from playing all day and didn't get to bed because he's afraid he might not be there when I come back. I told my father to come to pick me up already for I was on my way, gladly when I got home he's awake and we chat until bedtime. **House snake** While talking with my son, I saw a shadow that looks like the tail of the cat so I thought the stray cat came back home to us. And so I told my son that the cat came back for he loves cats very much. But to my surprise, the shadow showed a head that looks like the head of a snake. And I was not mistaken it really is a snake As my initial reaction, I hurriedly took my son out of bed and ran to the other room, and called out to my father that there's a snake outside our room. My father got out immediately together with my male cousin to check the said snake. I was shaking because it's my first time seeing a snake near my room. Papz told me that it's a house snake nothing to worry about.

They bite when first captured but soon settle down and become very tame. Because they have no venom, the bite is insignificant and requires no medical attention.` But I'm still trembling while carrying my son. I can't help the nervousness I felt. What if I didn't notice the little shadow in the window? what if the snake got in our room? what if it did bit me and my son? so many questions raising in my head that I did cry. I felt so afraid for my son. Although I hid it from him. My parents saw that I was trembling while carrying my son, they decided to let us sleep in their room together with them to make me feel at peace. And that's how I ended up my weekend. Thank you for reading God Bless! Fin!
