Chicken Saussge Shami Kabab:
Ingredients:
Chicken Sauce Fine Mince - 2 cups,
Bata - 1 cup of finely chopped onion,
Coriander leaves - 1 cup,
Ginger paste -1 / 2 cup,
Red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon,
Corn-flower / tempura flour-1 cup,
Hot spices - 1 teaspoon
Kebab Masala - 1 teaspoon,
The amount of salt- like
Ghee-1 teaspoon,
Method:
Take minced meat in 1 pot and mix it well with all the ingredients. After that you have to make Sami Kabab in the shape given in the picture. Fry the kebab in a pan with a little oil. Now garnish and serve in 1 dish.
