Camel Burger **

The burgers that are usually eaten in restaurants are mainly made of beef, mutton or chicken. But since camel meat is very popular in the Middle East and burgers are also made with camel meat available there. However, camel meat burgers are very popular not only in the Middle East but also in Europe.

Those who will sacrifice camels in Bangladesh can make camel meat burgers if they want.

Camel burgers or camel meat burgers are usually made with minced camel meat. The minced camel meat is very thin, so spices can easily enter it and can be easily fried. The taste of meat is more prevalent in camel burgers and it is a very popular dish.

Material

2 pounds or about 900 grams of minced camel meat

Half red onion (cut into dice)

2 cloves of garlic (chopped)

2 tablespoons tamari or soy sauce

2 to 3 tablespoons cumin powder

2 to 3 tablespoons coriander powder

2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves

Method of cooking

First in a bowl mix the camel meat, onion, garlic, cumin, tamari or soy sauce, coriander powder and coriander leaves together. Mix well by hand. Then make it 8 inches thick and round. Then heat in a nonstick pan in the oven or oven. When the pan is hot, the camel meat should be left. Put in a frying pan for only six minutes or until the bottom is brown. Then turn the meat over and fry on the other side for six to eight minutes.

However, care must be taken not to burn. Then take it out of the oven, cool it for 5 minutes and serve with toasted or butter buns. Camel burgers are also popular as seasoned burgers and are served with salads made with purple cabbage, carrots, etc.
