Ingredients:
1kl. Pork (chopped)
1 pouch of Tomato Sauce
1 pouch of Tomato Paste
3 Potato (chopped into cubes)
3 Carrots (chopped into cubes)
3 pieces Garlic chopped
1 Onion Chopped
2 Kinchay
1 Redbelt pepper
1 tsp Ground Pepper
1 tsp Salt
1 can of liver spread
Sugar
Water
Caldereta is the Most favorite Dish in the Philippines.
Pork Caldereta you can cook it as the taste you wanted, you want it spicy and sweet taste its ok, Its depends in your taste.
It is a Filipino Dish that pilipino proud as well,it tooks time to make the delicious taste of the Caldereta.
Theres a lot of way cooking this kind of dish specially when it come to gathering or party it will be one of the main dish in the menu...
Procedured:
Get the Pan and put the pork.
Put 500ml of water and boil it until
its tender.
After the pork was already tender set aside it first.
Get another pan and put on the stove
when the pan is already hot let put some cooking oil
Sautè the Garlic and the Onion
put the redbelt pepper
Put the Carrots
Put the Potato
And after that Get the pork that you set aside
Sautè all the ingredients together with the pork for about 10mins.
And when its tender put the Pork stuff cooked its for about another 10mins
And after that put the tomato sauce
and the tomato paste
Put the liverspread
Add salt
add pepper to taste
And cook it for another 10mins
And its done serve it with the kinchay topping chopped
