These are Swedish-style meatballs that are sold at that IKEA and are now available all over the world.When I first moved to Sweden, I asked, "What is Sweden's most famous dish?" They answered, "Swedish Meatballs!" To be honest, I was a bit confused. Is it different from other meatballs? At first I thought, "What is "Swedish meatballs?"Yes, very different! Of course, with "Swedish" in the name, I think the flavors are only eaten in Sweden. So what is different and how is it different? There is a little bread crumb in the meat, and that bread crumb gives the Swedish meatballs a unique and different taste from others. The breadcrumbs are also dipped in milk for a while to give the meat a slightly fluffy texture in the mouth when you eat it.
And something we cannot miss is lingon jam!! Lingon berries can be found and picked up from the late summer and fall in Sweden, and the Swedish way is to eat meatballs with jam made from the red lingon berries.The meatballs are baked with butter, which makes them crispy on the outside and moist and fluffy on the inside.
