Have I chosen a good profession? I am constantly tormented by the thought of how I deserve better? Why does someone else earn more than me? Many men ask themselves such questions every day. That is why we turned to Reiki master Žarko Ilić in order to present us with several tactics for starting a job that we will not be bothered by. 1. Start with yourself It is important to face the truth about yourself - you are where you are, there is no coincidence, you are fighting. There are people who earn more than you and those who earn less than you. Some of them are not angry about that. If you want to progress in life, the first thing you need to provide for yourself is to look after your own business. 2. Accept Every morning you have the opportunity to choose an illusion or reality. You can live in illusion, but it is a harder way to live. Illusion masks reality. If you choose reality, as opposed to illusion, you will easily notice the life lessons that come your way. Lessons are sometimes difficult, but we never get one that is not for our level - we can solve each one. Accept your challenge today calmly and courageously - the easiest way to solve the problem will appear. 3. Progress is a process Your superior is to blame, your colleagues are to blame, the company is to blame, the country is to blame… everyone else is to blame, and where are you? It's not that you're wrong. You are not wrong, but you are wrong when you find this "injustice" somewhere else. Do you want to move forward? Do you want upstairs? Climb up. No skipping steps. Every step is actually the same. Every step forward means progress. Whoever jumps the step does not respect the lesson he is carrying. The thought of being worth more, driven by the desire of your own ego, certainly leads to decline. Do your best, give your 100 percent, at every step and you will progress.
4. Don’t look at others Do you feel like your bike is standing while other people next to you are riding at wind speed? And then you decided that you would turn the pedals even slower than how far the bike goes now? Don't do that! Look at your feet, put them on your pedals and start rolling. 5. Gratitude attracts abundance Read also The Human Body: 20 Lesser Known Facts You judge others for their success and show that you do not understand what it is about. First be thankful for what you have to get more. The recipe is as follows: if you focus on your work, if you carefully plan your engagement and if you work honestly on yourself through work, you will save your own energy from which victory is built. Don't worry about who pays your salary. Do your job the best you can and do it for yourself. 6. Be friends with your boss and colleagues. Take responsibility for both good and bad things. Try to do your job because you are a free person who decides about your life and holds it firmly in your hands. Most people don’t want freedom because it means responsibility. People are mostly terrified of responsibility. Of course, according to that principle, it is easier to put all the responsibility on the boss and blame his or her "rural origin". 7. Opportunity for change Every difficulty in business is a potential opportunity for change. It's my fault, so "I'm retiring!", It's self-destruction. I am responsible, so "I deal with myself", that is progress. The problem is often an excuse for your helplessness, laziness, pampering… When we have nothing else, we defend ourselves with an excuse that we know no one has an objection to. You run your account. Be carefree, others will pay yours when it comes to billing. The best way to diagnose yourself is to start paying attention to how others treat you. It is an opportunity to test your self-confidence, to face the problem you have. Every day you should ask yourself: What is my turn to solve today? Which program is blocking me? Then it should be said: I dare to be what I am.
