On the path of getting to know myself, I discovered a surprising amount of unconscious patterns of behavior that I repeated to prevent myself from being happy. Maybe you recognize yourself somewhere. I truly believe that we have the right to choose in everything and so in the way we will enjoy. If you are attracted to "negative pleasure", here are some tips. If you prefer the positive, just do the opposite of what it says.
1. Don’t feel gratitude because gratitude turns what we have into enough. 2. It feeds your sense of helplessness, because coming out of the role of victim makes you aware of how many opportunities we have to be happy. 3. Don’t take responsibility because you could feel your true strength. 4. Do not relax by any chance, because relaxation leads to pleasure. 5. Enjoy the drama, because without problems and without drama, life would be easy, pleasant and simple. 6. Try not to breathe as often as possible, because breathing revives and relaxes the body, so it is possible to feel pleasure again. 7. Be sure to try to move as little as possible. Movement is very dangerous, because by moving your body you awaken life in yourself, you feel your strength and you breathe deeper, which means that you also relax. 8. Whenever you can, make sure that you do not feel and that you do not have a heart, because through the heart you can very easily come into contact with your intuition. 9. As often as possible, criticize, condemn, insult, belittle and humiliate. Otherwise you will feel a love for yourself that leads to acceptance and relief. 10. Try to forget who you really are. Don't be yourself if you happen to know who you are. If you don't know, great! 11. Do not allow your mind to be silenced, to hear silence or yourself, because you will surely get to know each other. 12. See only the enemy in every living being and do not give up the fight, because you could feel safe. 13. Never, by any chance, agree to physical contact, because there is a huge risk of feeling happy and relieved. 14. Appreciate, praise and celebrate your resistance so that you do not feel alive and happy. 15. Strive to always be dishonest with yourself. The latter is perhaps the most important. Don't be honest with yourself, because you won't be able to practice all of the above.
