How to prepare
Add the oil to the lukewarm water and knead the dough with the flour. The dough is ready when it starts to separate from the hand. Immediately divide it into 4 parts, make balls, cover with a bag and leave for 30 minutes. Mash the cheese, add with, half of the baking powder and egg yolks. Mix well to combine the ingredients. Whisk the egg whites firmly with a mixer. Add a little salt and half of the baking powder. Place the tablecloth on the table and sprinkle it richly with flour. Place the ball and spread with a rolling pin. Sprinkle a lot of flour, roll one end around the rolling pin and roll between the palms several times. add 3 tablespoons of melted fat, a quarter of the filling with egg yolks and a quarter of egg whites. Roll the whole crust into a roll and put it in a circle in the middle of the baking tray. with the rest of the melted fat and oil. Leave it to rest for 15 minutes. Turn the oven to 200 C and bake until it turns brown. Before the end of baking, take it out of the oven and sprinkle with acidic water. Return to the oven for 5 minutes.
