Pancakes are a dish that we can find all over the world. No one can say for sure when the first pancakes were made. I personally think this is one of the first forms of flour meal preparation. Today I would show you how to make stuffed pancakes.
For the stuffing, I used bacon, but you can use whatever you want, minced meat, fish, seafood, chopped vegetables, hard cheese, salami. You can also make this recipe in a sweet version.
To begin, prepare the pancake batter, 1 cup flour, 1 cup milk, 1 egg, 2 tbs oil, baking powder, salt.
For the filling, bake slices of bacon.
On a preheated pan, pour a layer of pancake batter, wait for it to bake a bit.
Then put the bacon, and pour more pancake batter over it.
After a while, turn the pancake over to bake on the other side and that’s it.
