There are many perceptions from which our parents take care of us when we are little, one of them is that life is very hard, complex but it is also wonderful and emotional, in short it is a balance between the negative and the positive, with the aim of learning to enjoy the vitality and what has been given to us while the negative makes us know that learning and the correct way to act in a positive way is only acquired when something goes wrong, but they are things that we often discover on our own account, they are lessons that come to us through the years, the more we grow it is inevitable not to acquire certain wisdom, prudence and criteria before and for the things of life, well there is a trigger that we all share that acts as paralyzing, as numbing of life and it is FEAR, which will never leave us, which we must learn to control and neutralize, to allow us to live and experience life.

Fear has many characteristics and all of them depend on the stage of life that we are living, obviously as children we worry about superfluous things such as toys or going to the park while we get older and more aware, all this inevitably lacks all sense and we acquire new concerns that all of them mainly share the aspect of fear, because in pre-adulthood or adolescence we are paralyzed by the unprecedented fear about our future, but above all towards where we will direct the course of our lives, even more so when we finish the stage high school and inevitably we begin a new step in life, the transformative step towards adulthood and independence, it is at this stage where doubts about our talents tend to attack us, especially the dreaded impostor syndrome, since we are on a tightrope in making decisions that are strong because they have to do with taking full control of our life and where to redirect it.

Now let's define what talent is "they are a series of intellectual capacities or aptitudes that human beings possess to learn and develop skills with total success", in a large percentage of human beings the question of what they are good or good for is born and lies. if they really have a talent, it is a question that we must face with total parsimony and courage, because if we do not take control this doubt can consume us, now well to obtain said answer and that in turn be crystal clear as the water we must undertake a process of introspection to get to know ourselves thoroughly and then, thanks to said information, truly deduce what motivates us and also acts as a motor in life, that exciting thing that is more than just a simple job because doing what you love is of total satisfaction for the human being, evidently the cause of not knowing the course and the objectives that moves us in life is due to the fact that we do not know ourselves enough, it is This can also arise from the fact that in our home they did not implement enough tools for us in addition to the habit of self-analyzing ourselves and being more detailed and introspective.

There are many variables and distressing fears that arise, but really what we should not do is take the course of our lives towards the first thing that comes to mind, we must accept and think that we are still very privileged because we have control, the basis to be able to direct our course, everything is a matter of space, time, discipline and introspection because talent is an ability, just like a diamond in the rough that obviously must be polished so that it forms as planned, because when you take the greater benefit to said vocation will be giving us a meaning to our life that in turn can fill us with joy because the results that we can obtain through these and the love that we put are from another world, many generally think that they are It's about luck when the perspective is totally opposite because it's about hard work, generally invested in our habits and in the ways of generating our lives because talent is intelligent. I put it into action.

Today especially on the global day of talent acquisition, a day to pay tribute to all of us, because although many still do not know or know what they are passionate about in life, obviously we all have talent, even hidden or dormant, that if we bring to light we can exalt them and take them to another level, but the most important and primordial step, although it sounds repetitive and cliché, is to know ourselves thoroughly, it is to have the fundamental bases of who we are, in addition to self-knowledge, of knowing not only our potentials and abilities, but also our weaknesses, accepting them , not to victimize ourselves, in order to create and promote an action plan that helps us repower them, helps us improve them, because everything can change, mutate and obviously improve in positive areas, all this is possible through our effort, dedication and perseverance , I want to highlight that it is a commemoration that has been in the world for a short time, since 2018, it was created to honor r to the talented beings and those who have the great work in their men to hunt and collect rough diamonds.
