All human beings deserve to live in constant, peace, calm, serenity, fullness, joy, all this without a doubt is synonymous with freedom, a word that does not have the same meaning for everyone, we all give it a unique meaning, but basically means that it is a faculty that absolutely all human beings possess to choose how to act in their daily actions, although it is predictable to limit that freedom is also synonymous with responsibility, since we must always act under it in order to always live in constant freedom, freedom it is the reflection of people who live free in their way of expressing themselves, of living, of making their own decisions, freedom does not limit, on the contrary, in it we find independence, liberation, determination to follow what our hearts dictate, to act under our own laws, which undoubtedly have a single restriction and that is not to harm anyone at all.

Freedom of expression and free action or will is something that we all have as a right without any objection, as long as we do not harm anyone, we are all worthy of that aspect, regardless of race, height, build, country of that we come from or in which we find ourselves, we all opt for this faculty, to express ourselves freely, without filters, our beliefs and thoughts without any fear, without fear of reprisals, sanctions or censorship by people who do not like them and wish that the everyone thinks, believes the same as them, that is why there is respect, the duality that we currently see in various scenarios as people still do not practice it, as well as respect and everything that this entails such as tolerance, understanding and empathy, because without a doubt the world needs to accept that duality is more common in everything we know today, we find it not only in experiences but in various scenarios of the daily events of each one, because we must accept, understand that in life we ​​find different natures, we see it reflected in people even, in their different ways of being, thinking, acting or even in physical appearance no one is the same as anyone we are all unique, different and therefore respect must always remain to accept it.

Today in particular it is relevant to emphasize freedom, of expression, of living, of free will, because today, like every year, the day of refugees is commemorated, those people who have had to flee their comfort zone because they feel insecure, because what they once knew as their home, their home today is unknown due to conflicts such as discrimination, race, for the simple fact of looking different from what some people supposedly dictate as "normal", or because of their color of skin, also because they feel that they are singled out for their way of thinking, for their tastes and preferences, when we should be a more inclusive society, we should think more about the people around us, think about their well-being, I'm not just talking about the physical, also of the mental because many times we do more damage through words than in a physical blow, the words are not erased, many times they remain as ghosts in our minds tormenting our days, for them we must We have to correct, think more about doing good, without looking at who.

Not only do we see that people have to flee due to the prejudices of the societies where they live, there are currently clear examples of people who have been displaced due to armed conflicts, political conflicts that undoubtedly make them have to look for alternatives and seek shelters in other countries, so we must be highly understanding if we ever come across someone who feels lost and comes to you for help, because they are strong people who instead of judging them should be praised because they had the courage and courage to take another course to try to improve their lives, following the dictates of their hearts, although the road was not easy, they chose courses to improve not only their lives, but also that of their families, to rebuild their lives even based on the resilience. Refugees are people who deserve respect and admiration!
