Like anything in life, the demand or self-demand must be balanced, because it is a very positive tool that we have at our disposal, that is, if we want to use it, it is enough to create a plan to follow to do it, it is even as good as criticism or self-criticism but on a certain constructive level, that is, when we use it as a bundle up our sleeve to bring out and potentiate our capacities, our virtues to extract the best of us that perhaps lives deep inside and we have not yet reached the point of potentiating. In short, self-demand is like a coin with two sides when we pass the side that brings us only positive aspects to our lives, we take it as when we inadvertently put something else in a glass, the negative side arrives but in this case even we are It can get out of hand, since it would bring us a lot of damage to our lives such as insecurities and even depression, which translates into poor mental health.

That is why we must always work on setting limits to avoid reaching the point of surpassing the positive requirement, reaching the one that would only steal our peace by bringing negative aspects such as criticizing ourselves all the time, falsely believing that we are not good at anything, here it also comes into play. the impostor syndrome that is very common today, when we mistakenly think that we are failures because our vision is cloudy since we are unable to see, recognize and accept all our achievements, everything that we have advanced throughout life so that reaching a better version of ourselves, are aspects that even lead us to treat ourselves badly, becoming misunderstood with everything we represent, pressing us to extremes where they can cause irreparable damage not only to our mental health but also physical, because there are many people who day by day do not feel good about themselves, do not accept their essence, their way of being and even in various cases their physical appearance, which is not bad to improve certain conditions but what is completely negative and harmful to our health is pretending to be like someone else, when we should always follow our instinct or rather let our essence flourish.

In short, even the demand or self-demand must be put into practice through self-love, respect, understanding, things that without a doubt we always try to offer to others or rather we do, but many times we do not put it into practice. practice with ourselves, leaving us aside, making us less, even today I am able to see how much reality there is in the phrase that says "that many times our own enemy lives within us" because many times the syndrome that I exposed before takes hold of us leaving an unmistakable bitter taste, that nothing will happen until we put an end to it, until we find a way to gradually remove those bad vibes from our lives, to give way to the true demand that gives us vitality and well-being in all the senses of our existence, even setting real and measurable objectives that we can achieve based on what we want to achieve, never giving up, always We are giving our best to be even better every day, as well as looking for sources of inspiration in people who have achieved similar goals to the ones that we are not proposing, without reaching comparisons because each one is experiencing different processes, as well as analyze them deeply and objectively to try to decipher their action plan for us to do it our way, because if they were capable it only means one thing and that is that you can also achieve it.

It is a phrase that leads us directly to reflection and it is that it is good to be persevering people who push themselves to achieve great things in life, but that does not mean that we should only concentrate our existence on achieving and accomplishing things, because we must be pauses to appreciate and value everything we have achieved, enjoy it, thank life, send waves and manifestations to attract even more beautiful things but from the point of appreciating and valuing what lives in our lives, learning that happiness is a state that it depends solely and exclusively on you, not on people and much less on material things, although of course they contribute but they do not take all the credit because living happily, in peace, with love and tranquility only depends on you, so take time or pauses to enjoy what you have achieved, because if you are not happy with how little or how much you have worked and achieved today, you will not be in the future when you have what you know. According to you it would bring you instant happiness, these are things that we should reflect on.
