Peace is the most beneficial circumstance for the human being, it is the state that allows us to be in complete balance especially with our body and our mind, it is the full state where the human being can flow with complete satisfaction that everything he does will be successful, tranquility will always be an invaluable treasure, which has no price or value, it is something for which we must fight, many are those who believe that it is something that comes to us automatically when it is totally the opposite, it is built daily especially thanks to our actions and thoughts, calm, peace and tranquility is the best basic state that a human being can have, it is the perfect balance between happiness and sadness.

Tranquility, calm and peace will never be synonymous with the fact that certain problems do not exist in our lives, quite the opposite, no one is except for not living negative situations or simply that they were not planned, these situations that are out of our control are an inexorable part of life, many times although they are extremely negative at first and are tinged with sadness and many other feelings, after a while we will accept that these were a fundamental pillar, due to the profound teachings that they managed to leave us, even because they were situations that put us in total discomfort to be able to leave our comfort zone many times, a state that stagnates us, a state of life that does not allow us to flow, therefore destiny is in charge of giving us some shakes to be able to put our feet back on earth to find alternatives that help us flow and get out of the dreaded comfort zone.

Holding a rudder when the sea is rough is extremely difficult, it is an action that truly needs a being that possesses courage, tranquility, serenity and clearly experience, although experience is also clearly only granted by these life situations, the experience does not come to us thanks to the calm and positive situations of life to be able to be people with extensive knowledge many times we will have to go through the barrier of failures, of mistakes, very true is the popular phrase that indicates that mistakes are learned, nobody is born learned and much less being perfect, all the experiences of people is thanks to the fact that they have had the strength and courage to swim even against the current, it is not easy because fear is one of the main causes and catalysts so that we do not Let us act in search of our objectives or what we desire at times, fears enter our spirit and mind, power of these and simply becomes our worst enemy for which we must fight tirelessly to get rid of, fear does not leave anything good, fear paralyzes us therefore we must accept and fight against it as if it were the very sea inflamed.

Relaxation is a technique that can help us satisfactorily process all the negative and hard processes that turn our lives upside down and are also cycles that promote tension and stress so that it often comes into our lives in the form of diseases. , being aware of these tools that provide us with aspects to renew our energy from everything that consumes us, in addition to urging us to evolve, change, mutate, which is why it leads us to be selective, analytical and introspective with our lives and everything that moves it, that is, taking time to carefully discern what is bothering us and change it for something that promotes our progress, that urges us to evolve. When we get involved with stress or feelings that harm us, it is necessary to know and go deeper and understand if it is really a real problem, or if we are simply converting it, since we sometimes do not accept flexibility, converting it into inflexibility, especially in situations where rigidity only becomes discomfort, we do not accept the nature that comes with us, as well as in endless situations it happens that we imagine assumptions, full of feelings that overwhelm us, scare us and clearly promote stress, therefore see everything from the realistic perspective of life is supremely relevant to our mental health.

Simplifying, living a minimalist life is supremely essential, a life where we can observe everything from analytical perspectives that give us the power to seek creative solutions so as not to go to extremes of losing our tranquility, calm and peace, anxiety only encourages feelings that lead us even to enter emotional and clearly physical crises because when the mind is a little disconnected it is clearly reflected in our physique or our shell, today especially is a day to decide always to have peace and calm as strength to discern and pass all the obstacles that stand in our way since it is the world day of relaxation, a day that also urges us to seek solutions to improve our state of health when we feel that things are not going well.
