Fear has always been a small problem if we are not capable of making the decision to overcome it, to turn it into a strength instead of leaving it as a weakness, since it is something that consumes us, that does not allow us to do or have experiences that they will enrich but unfortunately we reject because of fear, fear of failing or the simple fact that it can happen, these are the ones that deprive us of living and having a full life, a free life, since fears are only synonymous with chains, since We cannot be happy because we are anchored and tied to fears, that if at any time you decide to face them you will realize that they were unfounded, that you limited yourself to living for what they will say or for what would happen, leaving you with a bitter feeling of insecurity, and even of lack of love towards oneself, since the blame falls on us, but this is where I hope you realize it sooner rather than later because some consequences can be disastrous just for you.

That is why it is necessary to face fears from childhood and not feed them, which in many cases is what our parents do, never with the aim of harming us but with other objectives, but from these small defenseless actions a network can be created in some of insecurity, I hate that many times it does not leave room for love since fears stop it, fears and insecurities prevent them from taking the step that will surely bring them the opposite, that although in the end things do not have the expected result they can generate an entourage of positive emotions that feed security, confidence but above all the self-esteem of the person since the problem as such does not lie in fear, the problem lies in how each person faces it, acts and manages their feelings, many do not They have the strength to face, therefore they fade under any circumstance, but it is the duty and task of all of us to know ourselves thoroughly, to know our limitations and everything that we can do with ease, so always remember the first step is to live based on self-knowledge, in it lives the key to many of our problems in terms of fears and also in us we find the key to overcome them.

Getting rid of fears is our own decision, as well as something that depends on us, not on our parents, family and much less revolves around our friends, on the contrary it is something that is personal, it only depends on us to return to the natural state of life. life, since we come to this world to learn, since we come without any programming, a clear example of this is that we even learn things as basic as walking and talking, everything we are today and what we have learned is partly all the teachings in our first stage of life, fears and even limiting beliefs are also generated there, sometimes due to things that society dictates and falsely make us believe that we must follow those restrictions of life, when the reality is different we come to do the rules in our own process since in part there is found and generated the key to happiness and in it we find peace, calm in a few words the fullness of life
