Exile forever from your life the impostor syndrome
<We are not perfect, that enhances us and makes us more human>
Exile is a strong word that is commonly used in the political sphere, but today we take it for its strength to set limits and put an end to a syndrome that stalks people, although we are all prone to going through stages where it totally hacks our minds , we must understand that we are not what it whispers to us and makes us believe, that we are strong, brave, powerful, wise, empathetic people who have struggled to achieve goals and also our own concept of success, although it seems illogical and incredible is a disorder that 7 out of 10 people in the world suffer from, there are many causes but it is said that one of those that impact and influence so that it develops in people's bodies is due to their upbringing, that is, due to overprotection or in its defect abuse, as we can analyze the extremes are not good, therefore if you are thinking of being a father or you are in full parenting you should inform yourself and investigate in order to form healthy children not only physically but or mentally strong children, creating tools for them to protect themselves in the future.
The word Impostor Syndrome became known a little more than the mid-nineteenth century, specifically around the 70s, when mental health professionals discovered that many successful women suffered from this disorder, women who had fought for integration and female inclusion, but after a while they felt undeserving, that is, little by little, thanks to the syndrome, their light went out because they fervently thought that they were not worthy of work and much less of earning the same as those of the gender masculine, as a result and thanks to these patterns, an investigation could be started on clearly what was happening to them, which concluded that they were successful people, with stable jobs and a rich family, but not only materially, but also in love and values, but these people felt unsuccessful in a few words, therefore the causes were also thoroughly investigated, it was concluded that they could have problems of emotional instability ional or other mental problems but also, as mentioned above, problems linked to his family and his parenting style.
Now then we can identify what the impostor syndrome really means:
<<It is a psychological disorder which influences people's emotions, that is, causing them to have doubts about who they are and what they have achieved, even when they have proven their worth, their effort and sacrifice>>
There are numerous limiting thoughts that are present when this syndrome is activated in us, such as "I don't know why these people have all their trust in me, one of these days they will realize that I am a fraud", fraud is an extremely emotionally negative especially when we are going through stages of life where the impostor syndrome emerges and makes us feel totally bad, like a fraud that only emanates multiple negative things and does not serve or contribute anything in any field, although this on many occasions it tends to be confused with panic attacks or stage fright, it is something that encompasses much more, such as the deep sensation that even paralyzes us because we think that we are not worthy of anything in life, that everything that life gives us on a daily basis at any moment it can vanish or that people point at us, judge us and when this happens clearly we will collapse, being victorious from this only depends solely and exclusively mind of us since we must accept that it is a problem that overwhelms our minds, make us aware and retrospective of it in order to overcome it quickly.
In addition to childhood problems, another aspect that can be influential for the impostor syndrome to be clearly present is perfection, which, although it seems illogical, has a totally opposite meaning to what is expected "that which ends", here it is where people bring out the so-called perfectionism, since they do not care as much about having completed it as having done it satisfactorily, but it is where it fails because they are people who generally never feel satisfied with their abilities and actions , we are implicitly reading a characteristic of the impostor syndrome, given that people who have it never feel good about themselves or what they do, in addition, those who suffer from improvement tend to be accompanied by highly limiting and irrational beliefs such as: It is wrong to make mistakes, it's all or it's nothing, everything is done perfectly or better not, beliefs that, although they are believed to be positive, are only causing damage , given that in the end these people are overwhelmed by fear, this in turn serves as an immobilizer so that they remain paralyzed and do not flow.
Although we have people whom we call non grata due to their negative actions towards us in order to harm us, the worst in the world is not only these, which can harm us and be a double-edged sword for us and our mind is clearly the impostor syndrome, caused by our mind, when we accept it we may panic because ideas about never overcoming this disorder may come to us, but it is the opposite we can do it thanks to the multiple tools that today in Today we have at hand, tools that are unknown to many given that they are not urged to investigate neuroscience and its indeterminate tools, which promote a change from our beliefs and then encompass our actions, one of the keys that can help us to overcoming these cycles that are not yet advanced is to modify our beliefs with positive thoughts that help us free ourselves, due to that our brain learns thanks to everything that we repeat frequently, creating healthy habits.
