A week full of learning

<Learning is a constant process or it is nothing>

You know that it was a fruitful week when you join the constant process of learning something new every day, it is something that I personally think and believe that we should do to enrich ourselves daily, enrich our life of knowledge and learning that leave the experiences to which we are exposed daily. , no day can be compared to another, everyone has something that makes a difference, sometimes positive and sometimes negative, but that is the beauty of life, that it is a constant ups and downs, that although not everything is pink all the time, we know and we understand that what is bad is not eternal, that just as the day has its end, so do problems, of course it is up to us to take advantage or not of each situation that life puts us, it is up to us to find what is in one way or another, life wants us to learn in a few words to turn the situation around until it is in our favor, everything that happens in our lives happens because one way or another or form we had to live that situation, although we avoid many things there are those that cannot be because they find a way to reach us.v

In the end, I particularly love learning something new every day, it is a way of enriching my culture, although it is clear that it is almost impossible to learn all the knowledge in the world, because every day there are new discoveries, as a very important sage said "I only know that I know nothing". But this week, it has been to acquire both new knowledge and new convictions, in addition to realizing that in the XXI century there are still people who discriminate against others for anything, but especially because of their condition, I had not referred to this before but I thought it was very important to do it and encompass various issues that I think go hand in hand, starting the week on Monday 03/21, World Down Syndrome Day was celebrated, along with the International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination, although they are a little different anniversaries I think they go hand in hand because it is impossible to believe that there are still people discriminating and putting others down just because they have a different condition or because their skin color is not ideal for x and y person, when everyone in this society we deserve the same respect, because we are all worth the same, absolutely all of us should enjoy the same benefits and privileges.

It is in these times that we should be more aware, where we should raise our voices, to support these people, because they are not different from us, they are not aliens, because absolutely all of us are still human, although unfortunately some lack a little more reasoning to understand this, instead of pointing out, discriminating and excluding, we should INCLUDE, because they are people who even come to teach us to give us a lesson, because they are people who, regardless of their condition, somehow seek the form and manner of "creating and living a normal life” trying to include themselves in activities that we do on a daily basis such as studying and working, but unfortunately many still do not have the mental capacity to add them instead of subtracting them because they are discriminated against just for being different, they are people who are a complete source of inspiration because despite all the hate that many are in charge of throwing at them, they only return love, they are unique people that I saw They teach us that living with hatred, envy, resentment and evil in our hearts only contaminates us and leads us down the wrong path.

I felt that I had to write this article, praising and supporting people who have these conditions such as Down Syndrome or who simply feel excluded by a circle of people for being different and belonging to another race, either because of their color of skin or any other condition, but especially I see that even people put thousands of obstacles especially to people with Down syndrome, it is very sad to see that many things have evolved but there are still minds so retrograde that they do not accept that these people deserve the same respect, love, generosity, companionship, loyalty, tranquility, and empathy that is given to any other person because we are all human, no one is more perfect than another and being "normal" does not give us the right to harm their life to people who have conditions, on the contrary we should help them to feel the same as us, not to feel out of place, normalizing this is everyone's business but I wish we would and We change hate for love, for empathy for helping anyone who needs it without pointing fingers or discriminating because it has something that makes it different and unique.

This week's message was very clear, let's make love and not war, let's change and help others to do so because everyone, no matter what, deserves respect and to be treated with dignity.

And of course it's never too late to celebrate the lives of those people who come into the world to give us an extra love!
