Managed to grab one of Ipoh's famous dessert before heading home. Taufufa 豆腐花 is a Chinese dessert made of soybean. Or similarly known as soybean pudding. It has a silky, smooth texture and has a natural soybean fragrance. Since taufufa is usually made without sugar, we can opt to add white sugar syrup/black sugar syrup/ginger syrup/soybean milk as a topping to make it sweeter. I'm personally a soybean fan, so I chose soybean milk as the topping. Taufufa is one of my kinda dessert as it is nutritious and not too overly sweet. Yumsss 😋

Great food super friend ☺️👌👌
Looking delicious. I didn't know it's called taufufa I just call it soy pudding. I eat mine with a bit of honey. A bit of honey is my sweetener.
