Once in a blue moon, I'll treat myself something I like to eat. Today, its a bowl of poke bowl. Although its not the usual shop I usually buy from, but this is near to my house, so delivery won't cost a bomb. 😄 According to Google, a poke bowl is a Hawaiian dish that is deeply rooted in Japanese cuisine. “Poke” means “cut into pieces” and the name refers to the slices or cubes of raw fish that are served in a bowl along with rice, dressing, vegetables and seasonings. My poke bowl consists of green lettuce, diced omelette, edamame (immature soybean), sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, tobiko (fish roe), seaweed flakes, sesame dressing and my all-time favourite, fresh salmon ❤. Anyone likes salmon sashimi like me too? 🙋🏻♀️😄

This is a real healthy treat my friend. It's exactly what I treated myself months ago. I tried other poke bowls but the one with fresh salmon is the best. I love their julliened carrots with citrus dressing on the side and of course miso soup. Yum...
