Was at Ipoh for a friend's wedding last weekend. This is the only dish I managed to capture all night as everyone was very hungry after the long jam. Haha. Apparently, this is one of the top Chinese restaurant in Ipoh that caters for wedding and it is famous for its food. Its called Pusing Public Seafood Restaurant 民众酒家. This is the starter where it consists of few dishes in this beautifully decorated plate. They use lemons, cucumber, and radish (with some red coloring also i guess) to decorate the dishes. With the bright red, yellow, and green surrounding the plate, the overall dish presentation looks very vibrant! One of my favourite from this dish is the fried scallop with dried prawns and asparagus (the dish at the bottom left). So flavorful and good! 😋 Wish i took more photos of other delicious dishes of the night too. But too late, it's all in my stomach now 🤣.
