Den Le Bon, homeowner, had originally put his semi-detached house on the market but unfortunately, due to the coronavirus pandemic, the sale fell through reported Leeds Live

With Den expecting another child, his family are eager to move and were in need of a solution.

So, taking inspiration from other families who have raffled off their properties they decided to give it a shot.

On the ground floor, the kitchen is fitted with modern furnishings including a breakfast bar and wine fridge.

The lounge and drawing rooms are very large reception rooms with feature fire places, covings and a large bay window over looking the front gardens.

On the first floor, you can expect to find three double bedrooms - one of which is the master suite with full ensuite - including whirlpool bath and rainfall shower.

And if you make your way up to the second floor, there are two more double bedrooms and a storage room.

But what might take centre stage, is what can be found on the lower ground floor.

There are four rooms in total - a study, utility/games room, snooker room/gym and a fully stocked wine cellar, which could easily be repurposed.

Talking of the property Den said: "My family and I had sold our house, it fell through due to the pandemic and now we need to move but can’t sell.

"We have another baby on the way and thought we would try this. For our own protection, we have not put the properties exact location as myself and my family are still living in the property.

"It seems like a great way to get moved in the current property climate, I am also doing this as I am wanting to raise as much money as possible forward 52, Clarendon Wing, Leeds general infirmary.

"They saved my 8-year-old daughters life when she was rushed into the hospital, stopped breathing on arrival, they rushed her straight into theatre and saved her life twice that night.

"I have always wanted to help the ward and especially (John Gooden) the neurosurgeon who saved her.

"The raffle is of course 100% genuine and will give one lucky person a dream property in an excellent location and change there life completely. This is a once in a lifetime chance to win a property of this stature.”

Do you consider yourself a lucky person?

Take your chances and enter the raffle, which ends on October 30 at 9am,
