Den Le Bon, homeowner, had originally put his semi-detached house on the market but unfortunately, due to the coronavirus pandemic, the sale fell through reported Leeds Live.
With Den expecting another child, his family are eager to move and were in need of a solution.
So, taking inspiration from other families who have raffled off their properties they decided to give it a shot.
On the ground floor, the kitchen is fitted with modern furnishings including a breakfast bar and wine fridge.
The lounge and drawing rooms are very large reception rooms with feature fire places, covings and a large bay window over looking the front gardens.
