People tend to say "we will die without food, why would you won't let us work?". This is the mind set of people that are greedy. When their is no virus on the past do people who do not work and eat die? do people need to work in order to survive?
I say no people are just abusing the government to gain free money and goods . It's ok to seek help but doing nothing and asking to much is greediness.
That's why the virus spread fast because of people who don't understand why the government wanted us to stay at home . or when they go to a crowded place they can't even keep the social distancing to lessen the spread of virus.
Why people do this? They might think that when people are outside means they don't carry the virus. Some are asymptomatic they even the people don't know that they are carrying the virus.
Also one of the reasons why virus spread is that they lie to the physician of their travel history ,they tent to lie so that they won't be quarantined and not thinking of others specially their families.
next is improper use of protective equipment. people used to say i used face mask I can't be affected by the virus. some people think about it but in reality they just cover their mouths and not te nose or sometimes they are both uncovered i usually see this kind of people in a crowded place like enrollment and parties.
next is no proper hand washing and body cleaning.some people that use mask properly are tend to do this things wrong , even though the virus can't enter through our hands but instead the virus in our hand touches our nose ,mouth ,ears, and eyes.
thats why we must observe proper distancing, proper hand wash, right way to use protective equipment, and be honest .
