Importance of taking notes and keeping it Whazzup read.cash fam. I woke up with a heavy heart this morning coz of a bad dream. In my dream, my hubby had an accident 😭😭. Thats mke my heart heavy when I woke up. Im glad that I have my alarm that ended that nightmare. So I message my husband right away.
Anyway it is not my topic today I just share what I am feeling right now while making this article while Im on my way. Let me share to you what happened yesterday in my work. There is a customer who supposedly redeem his perks in our store, but it just happened that it would be the first time that there would be a transaction for that kind of redemption, and my manager has no idea about it and I do not have also experience in transacting it but I just know that theres a user and password for that site where we have to ask for approval, I remember that Im the one who created it but I do not remember its user name and pw since I created it back in 2019 pa. And I also remembered that the user and password were already saved in the company phone. And I leave this branch in 2020 and transfered to other branch. Since I knew that I save it on the company phone I asked my manager wheres the old phone, but unfortunately the old phone was already restarted so all saved site were already deleted. Since Im the one who created the user I also remember endorsing it to my reliever and I know that Im that kind of person who usually logged all the important things in our communication logbook. So I tried to searched for my notes and Im glad that I found it. And Im also glad that the customer is understanding and not the type who irritated easily. Coz we know that the fault is on our part . In learned yesterday that in modern day now where technology are in trend we seldom take notes on a piece of paper, coz we usually took photos of some important details or we used gadgets to save it. But what if your gadget was stolen or suddenly broken you will have a hard time to retrieve some important things. So I think it is still better to have a hardcopy of those important notes coz personally I dont memorize all the things that was related to my work since Im not rendering duty in just one branch, so tgeres a possibility that I might forgot something. Ako hindi mahilig mag sulat sa mga important details hays kaya daming lapses. Kaya e practice ko talaga na mag keep ng mga notes at huwag iasa sa Mobile.
Haha kahit aq s fone n ko ng sisave kaso nga narealize ko nung nkaraan dpt pla tlga my hard copy k kasi may mga instances that beyond our control
