Good afternoon everyone 💕 Cooking my own version of grilled chicken for lunch.
For those who are interested and want to cook this, here's the list of ingredients and procedure.
Ingredients (It depends on how many pieces of chicken you will cook). For 2 -3 pieces drumstick.
1 cup soy sauce
2-3 tbsp catsup
2-3 tbsp calamansi extract/juice
2tbsp sugar
1teaspoon ground pepper
1tbsp chopped garlic
1tbsp chopped onion
and seasonings to taste.
Procedure.
Prepare 2-3 pieces of chicken drumstick. Make sure to clean it before going to the next procedure.
Next, grab a fork and prick your chicken. Make sure you prick it accurately so that the flavor will penetrate in the chicken.
After that, prepare a clean bowl. Put soy sauce, calamansi juice, catsup, sugar, ground pepper, chopped garlic and onions. It depends on you if you want to add some seasonings to taste. The measurement of the said ingredients are listed above.
Put the pricked chicken into the bowl and massage it in the mixture. Continue to massage it until you are satisfied with the result. After that, put it in the fridge and let it rest for about 24hrs so that the chicken will become more flavorful.
After, soaking it for 24hrs, remove the chicken in the mixture and prepare it for grilling.
After grilling, serve it with your preferred sauce . ENJOOOOYYYY 💕🥰
