We knows that, daily exercise is a very good habit. Because it's keep our body feet and healthy for any kind of work . It regulates our blood circulation. It decreased fat from our body by sweating.
Daily exercise plays an important role for a cardiac patient, high pressure patient and also for diabetes patient. Besides , it helps to control body weight. And keep us fit physically and mentally.
