In the film, it presents the Village of the Watermills that has a natural lifestyle. In the given village, people can live without the use of technologies. They use candles and linseed oil rather than electricity, they have git cows and horses for paddies rather than tractors, and firewood and cow dung for fuel. On the other hand, nowadays our technologies have allowed us to extract ourselves from the risks of the natural world (like houses, water purification, sewage systems, etc).
Upon watching, the film shows us that the human person's role in it— on how to take good care of the nature and how to live a natural way of life. Yes, we have lots of knowledge but do not understand the heart of nature. It also states there that the most important things for human beings are clean air and clean water and trees and grass that provides them. Too many become wrapped up in modern gadgets and neglect this necessity of the human soul. We should live our life to the fullest.
