My Futuristic Home

Futurism is not limited to a specific set of rules, even robotic or alienated concepts obey it. It is only a few years ahead of us and more technologically advanced. There are technologies and the warmth of human civilization that must be considered in order to build futuristic houses.

Here's a look at what I think my futuristic house looks like ... somehow.

Angles, curves, and edges are the final point. While they are unique and fascinating, their construction and structural requirements are more difficult.

The people who are stunned by the revolution in the architecture of the future are what we now expect. The advances of technologies will go hand in hand with the advancement of materials to fulfill sustainable functions, as the next generation must pay more attention to the gifts that nature gives to humanity.

Considering how to configure the interiors, building these flowing stairs is my dream. These are inspired by Balkan Architect (making great tutorials on youtube) I don't know who designed them in the first place but still these stairs were great, so I made them in Revit and then rendered along with the other builds in Lumion. .

These are very unique and one of a kind, I am not very interested in their functionality around children, but I will bring some more adjustment in terms of security.

A small lounge area under this glass-walled staircase is a unique combination of modernism and futurism. It brings comfort and style, making it a state-of-the-art fusion.

For the materials. The goal is to reduce the carbon footprint generated by the building. We humans have to reside in their future homes instead of aliens.

Sustainable and Technologically Advanced

On the exterior, the roof is made using carbon concrete instead of reinforced concrete, as its main components are made using waste generated during wood production. What's more, carbon concrete has a significantly longer life, can carry much more load, and is sustainable than regular reinforced concrete.

Using Solid Timber for the interior and cross laminated wood for the facade and staircase will result in a more sustainable wood selection.

As the coating is an integral part of interiors, an Aluminum foam is used as it is very durable and 100% recyclable.

Glass makes up a large part of many walls, so using Nano crystal will reduce the amount of heat entering buildings, it can also be edited by users. Also to cover the outer glass, Kinetic glass even monitors these CO2 levels and can be technologically regulated.

It should not be forgotten that solar panels are the easiest way to manage light inside and outside.

With the choice of colors and materials, I prepared a few moodboards to reflect how the interior will embrace the facade and the interior of the house. Because black is my favorite, choosing its vibrant shades to compliment the wood is the most exciting. Granite and pendant lamps will complement the color scheme.

Another mood board, a bit of gold and bronze to bring some vitality to the interiors, with the help of a few renders and illustrations, Adobe Illustrator made this conceptual theme possible.
