De-dollarization

This word will be fashionable in several of the analyzes that we use to keep ourselves informed of what is happening on a financial and global level. This term is part of a process that we will be seeing as the avalanche of paper that the FED prints at incredible levels advances.

We also know that it attends to various behaviors that do not respond to a healthy demand; We see, for example, gold breaking its historical maximum on several occasions, and as the economic journalist Peter Schiff argues that this will not even be the end of this behavior, and it is that he predicts that we should get used to the progressive breaking of several maximums.

The correct reading has always been that it is not the gold that acquires value, it is the dollar that loses it and undergoes a constant process of devaluation. This behavior is more and more logical due to the actions that the FED has taken to monetize the debt, direct or not, its policies no longer consolidate a clear response but a shadow of uncertainty that hangs over an increasingly predictable market than before .

At the end of the day, these measures only serve to expand the mass of banknotes and bring us to the terms of an inflationary process, even this excess mechanism would trigger hyperinflation. The reality is not simple and this is a very serious consequence.

The FED will no longer continue to press that 2% that falls on the ideal inflation records, it will allow higher and more dangerous numbers to be touched. As Peter Schiff noted, "the dollar's decline is just beginning. It is about to plunge to new depths, taking with it the American standard of living."
