The versatility of avocado. We can enjoy it savory as great additional to salads, spread on toasts with salt and pepper, dips, etc. and we can enjoy it as dessert. I haven't tried making it yet but avocado, chocolate mouse sounds divine. Avocado smoothie tastes magnificent. And this simple frozen avocado in my photos is just fantastic. We had it like ice cream. Avocado is too expensive here, I can't buy it. But no problèm , I buy water melon , grappes, our season's fruit
