This was my dessert after lunch. I thought it's a big sized portion but when scoop after scoop after scoop I was thinking, oh, I don't think I had enough. How quickly it disappeared, haha. This is no-bake strawberry cheesecake. I love the texture. It's tart strawberry topping complemented the cheesecake very well. So divine... Who do not like dessert?
