My favorites in culinary adventures include, first of all, the popular Parasol mushrooms. This year, on one of the trips, we collected a lot of them, so much that we had a problem what to do with them. Some of them went directly to our table in a fried form, a'la pork chops. The ingredients are not a secret, and they are generally available, except maybe a mushroom called a Parasol mushrooms. This fungus, unfortunately, only occurs during a certain period of time, that is, from summer to autumn, and not in all areas of the world. Nevertheless, it is very popular in Europe.
