"When in Rome, do as the Romans do" - Carrion crow This is another very intelligent representative of corvids that consistently haunts my favorite bench. He knows where his place is and patiently waits for treats, i.e. peanuts. He is not aggressive, does not chase other birds away, but calmly observes the whole environment. This bird is a carrion crow belonging to the crow family, of which there are many species in Europe.
