Heart disease is sometimes called a silent killer because sometimes it would attack or happen whenever we least expect it. So if you think that you are having a hard time breathing, feeling a tightness in your chest, pressure, and/or squeezing then it is better to check than to wait.
Some people might now know what caused this but here are some of the prime examples of why does a person experience a heart disease:
Sadness: Sometimes emotions can be a big factor in our life especially when we are very emotional. Some might know chordae tendineae or most commonly known as "heart strings." This heart string isn't just normal heart string, it has a major role in holding the atrioventricular valves in place while the heart is pumping blood. Although tough, if one experienced a high amount of depression, sadness, or when he/she is heartbroken then you could die due to heartbroken.
Alcoholic: If one were to intake a high amount of alcohol or become an alcoholic then it could make them prone to having high blood pressure or heart failure. High alcohol can also hurt your heart which leads to cardiomyopathy.
Vitamin D deficiency: If one encounters this problem, they will face a serious risk of heart failure as well as ischemic heart disease. One should try eating more oily fish, egg yolks, liver, fortified products, or any products/food which may contain a good amount of Vitamin D.
Healthier heart: Having a healthy heart is very important as it is one of the major organs which keep us alive. It mostly pumps around 2,500 gallons of blood without stopping. A healthy heart gives us various benefits, one of them is controlling hypertension. Hypertension is just another term for high blood pressure, when it occurs one could suffer from a stroke or even worst, death.
