Ingredients

flour - 1 kg

sugar - 200 gr

honey - 250 gr

butter - 200 gr

eggs - 3 pieces

soda - 1/2 tsp

ground cinnamon - 1/4 tsp

ginger (ginger) - 1/4 tsp

cloves - 1/4 t / g

cardamom - 1/4 tsp

For glaze:

powdered sugar - 180 gr

lemon juice - 2 drops

egg white - 1 piece

Instructions

Mix all the spices.

Mix the flour with soda.

Put the rest of the ingredients - sugar, honey, butter - egg in a separate container and mix without stirring.

Add the flour and soda mass and mix well.

We turn the obtained elastic dough into a ball, wrap it with food-grade polyethylene film and leave it in the refrigerator for 3 hours.

Remove the dough from the refrigerator, leave it for about 1 hour at room temperature, then open 3 layers of dough 0.5 cm thick. We put the stencils on the dough layer.

We try to get the parts of the house from the dough, then we shape it with the help of a stick.

Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes at 170-180 degrees until golden.

To fix the parts of the house, we smooth the edges with the help of a scraper.

Prepare the glaze, pour the necessary ingredients into the container and mix for 10 minutes. Then cover the container with a food-grade polyethylene film and leave it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Window shutters can be obtained with sticks.

We start assembling the house from the walls, fixing it with glaze.

As long as the walls of the house are not strong, we create support objects with the help of glasses.

After drying, we put the roof, after which we mold it with icing.
