Materials
150 grams of oil
600 grams of castrated meat, clean and cut into small pieces

20 grams coriander powder
15 grams coriander, fried powder
150 grams of yogurt
6 dried chillies, fried
Preparation method
First heat oil in a pan and fry with sliced onion. Stir until the onion turns brown. Then mix well with ginger garlic paste, hot spices, chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder and coriander powder.
Then mix well with the spices with yogurt and mutton. Then the meat should be cooked until cooked. Finally, serve with whole coriander powder and fried chillies over the meat.
