Today's recipe - Meat Vegetable Cutlet Ingredients -
(Vegetable of choice) Finely chopped carrots - half a cup
Fine Potato Crush - Half Cup, Fine Potato Crush - Half Cup
Finely chopped barbati - half cup, coriander leaf crushed - half cup
Oil (for frying) - as needed
Raw chilli powder - 10/12 (to taste)
Finely chopped onion - half a cup
Finely chopped garlic - 1 tbsp
Bottom mushroom crumbs - 2 tablespoons (even if not given)
Salt-flavored, cornflower-half cup (as needed)
Beaten eggs - 2/3
Boiled minced meat (chicken / beef) - 250 gms
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Sugar - 1 teaspoon, Ginger Bata - 1 teaspoon, Flour - 2 tablespoons
Breadcrumbs or toast biscuits - as needed
Preparation:
Step 1: In a bowl, grate all the vegetables, minced meat, lemon juice, green chillies, onion, garlic, coriander leaves, ginger paste, sugar, salt, mushroom paste, beaten eggs, cornflower, flour and cut into the desired cutlets. Roll out breadcrumbs or toast biscuits and keep in the fridge for 10 minutes in normal cold.
Last step: - After 10 minutes, carefully fry in oil. Then you can serve hot with cucumber-tomato and sauce.
