Negative vibes : NAKAKAPAGOD NAAAA, nakakarindi, etc. Positive vibes : Thak you Lord for having an healthy and active kid. Luto, laba, linis. Negative vibes : Nakakapagod na, paulit ulit na routine! Positive vibes : Thank you Lord, I have a family to serve with, I have a roof na natutuluyan, I have food on our table at hindi na maglilimos to have that one. Always turn your frustrations into appreciation, Always believe na there is at least 1% good in any bad situation. If you feel so stress just take a deep breath and shout WOAAAHH as an exhale, And always start your day with a prayer.. ©
