Waiting for the queue that tests patience

Today feels very tiring, in the atmosphere of the fasting month. early in the morning around 7 o'clock I had to go to the Samsat office to pay vehicle tax.

Just arrived at the parking lot immediately greeted by several people who offered to help in exchange for some money.

But as much as possible I refuse, because I myself want to know the order of how to pay the vehicle tax.

Initially it went quite smoothly and relaxed from taking the queue number to the registration counter to submit files/letters.

Now..!

It was at the registration counter that the atmosphere was just starting to get boring and annoying.

That's because of the slow service provided, especially coupled with random queue calls caused by the assistants I mentioned above who have worked closely with insiders. Which makes them freely able to speed up the payment process.

From there, patience began to be tested from harmful elements, from people who started to get rowdy because of long queues. Plus service officers who chat more than speed up service.

Until 12.30 pm because it will close at 1 o'clock, then the officers began to speed up the service. It makes many people wonder if it was done as a game so that many people choose to use the services of a maid(c*lo).

The hope is that in the future it will be improved and there will be a supervisor so that the Samsat service can be satisfactory.

That's my experience today, thanks for reading.
