Beef Tehri

Materials

2 kg of beef (cut into small pieces)

Ginger paste 2 tablespoons

2 tablespoons of garlic paste

3 tablespoons of chili powder

The amount of mustard oil

1 cup thickly chopped onion

Three tablespoons of hot spice powder (cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg, jaggery, black pepper, cloves, whole coriander)

10-12 whole green chillies

Salt to taste

300 grams of sour yogurt

One and a half kg of polao rice

The amount of water.

Method

1. First the beef should be washed well. Heat mustard oil in a pan and add it

Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Add salt, spices and salt to taste.

Cover with beef and cook in the oven for about 1 hour (hot spices should be added later).

2. Now you have to wash the polao rice and drain the water. When the rice water falls, put it in another pan

With just a little mustard oil and salt, fry the polao rice well and add it accordingly

Cook polao with water and salt and pepper to taste.

3. After the beef is half cooked, add hot curd, green chillies and hot spices.

Cook the beef for another 20 minutes and put it down.

4. Now take half of the cooked polau and add tehri meat cooked in the rest of the polao

Top with the rest of the polao back and forth and spread it well with the beef in the oven

Simmer for 10 minutes, pour into a serving dish and serve with beef tehri.
