Italian cheese pizza
Materials
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups wheat flour

Method
- First take the flour together and add salt, garlic powder, yeast / baking soda, sugar and mix well. Then spread it well with oil. Then add the milk mixture. Now make a soft dough by mixing well. If you need more water, you can use lukewarm water.
- Now mix the dough well with flour or semolina so that the dough is smooth. In this way, if you mix a little flour for 5 minutes, the dough will be ready. Now you can leave the doty in a warm place for 25-30 minutes for swelling.
- Heat a large deep frying pan over medium heat. In the meanwhile, to make a pizza of the desired size from the dough, take the amount of dough and press it on the bread dough by hand or roll it with a roller to make a smooth round crust of your choice.
- Now put the pizza dough in a heated frying pan to pre-bake. When one side turns golden brown, gently invert the pizza dot.
- Now pour the tomato sauce on top and spread. Then grate it well. Then cover the lid of the frying pan and leave it slightly open just to melt the cheese.
