Our body was created to move, because without movement it decays, gets sick and is doomed to die. Constantly sitting or lying down harms our health. Each of us has experienced that after being forced to lie down, for example, due to illness, after recovering and getting out of bed, he feels muscle weakness, insecurity in movement and standing. Athletes - even just a few days without training - lose strength and efficiency.

No medications, vitamins and minerals, food or surgeries can replace our body’s need to move. Unfortunately, many find an excuse for lack of time for physical inactivity. But as we need to find time to eat and sleep, we should also set aside time for physical activity. How much time we spend at work sitting, we should, as planned, make up for with physical activity.

Although it is true that half an hour of daily physical activity contributes to health, doctors today point out that from longer exercise we have more benefits for our health. Thus, for a healthy heart and circulatory system, an hour of daily physical activity is recommended.

During each intensified physical activity, the human body sweats, which can reduce the volume of blood in the body. Lack of water in the body causes fatigue, coordination problems and muscle cramps. We have seen athletes drink water a hundred times because it relieves the effort they are exposed to and restores strength to the muscles. To avoid dehydration of the body, water should be drunk before, during and after increased physical activity. We drink water even before we feel thirsty, because it is the last alarm that we are threatened by dangerous dehydration. A few years ago, we had an action - eight glasses of water a day (about 2 liters), which roughly corresponds to our daily needs. However, the daily amount of water is not the same for every organism because it depends on the weight of the body, the efforts to which it is exposed, climatic conditions, the type of work performed, the health of the organism, etc.
