The Walking Dead Season 2 Episode 1 Review/Recap

Wow, what an episode!

Season 2 carries off from where we left season 1, they escaped from the CDC building and on the road again. Get stuck on a highway traffic jam with a broken down vehicle and start scavenging until a 'herd' comes through and they suffer a lucky escape.

That is apart from the 12-year old girl who runs into the woods. Rest of the episode is everyone searching for her. Some clashes in the group between different characters and even factions appearing. Ironically, the hothead of the group is the most useful and level-headed guy there is, probably because he's in his element, "in the woods".

As they keep looking for the girl, what a cliffhanger, I did not expect the boy to get shot but it makes sense, someone tried to shoot the deer and he was too close (although a real hunter would surely see the kid in the line of shot, but hey this is Hollywood!). 😀

Oh man, the wife is gonna blame the husband, big time! No way the kid survives a bullet in the chest, I just don't believe it.

Also, T-Dog cut his arm and clearly had arterial bleeding, I thought he was a dead man yet they glossed it over as if he had a scratch or something! 😀😀😀
