Christmas Gifts 🎁🎁 Good day noisemates 🤗🤗🤗 A blessed Sunday to all. Earlier today we went downtown to buy some Christmas gifts for our client who will be having their Christmas party on the 15th. For four years now we always give something for their Christmas party raffles as our way of gratitude for the projects we get from the Company. We usually buy home appliances so the employees can use them at home. When we were at the appliance center of SMX they said all items have 5% discount, it's their Christmas sale so we were glad at least we can have a discount then the staff told us aside from the 5% sales disc. if we buy the items on cash there will be another discount, the amounts were already stipulated on the price tags. So, I was happy we can get almost 10%off so we did the transactions and when I was going to pay, the cashier then asked if I have an SM advantage card, I replied, I used to have one but I lost the card many years ago and did not bother to get a replacement because yearly it should be renewed. Then she told me, I'm sorry mam you cannot avail the 5% discount if you don't have the card?!😱😱😱 I said what? how come when the sales staff offered us the items she did not mention any of these details?! I felt, I was scammed! So, I told the staff you are not telling your shoppers the correct info it's like you are scamming us just so we will buy. I was angry of course 5% disc. would be a great deal since we bought three items and it was more than $300. So, I just inhaled and blew the air from my nose and said well, what the heck! I paid of course! Transactions were already made. I learned a lesson, always be sure to know all the details before entering into a transaction. Specially when it involves money. I hope the staffs who will get this gifts will be very happy. How's your Sunday guys?
