Happy hump day! Hubby is so busy prepping his signature Halaya or Purple Yam. Years ago when we were still both working we use to make this every Christmas season up to the New Year because so many loves how hubby makes his special Purple Yam really very delicious made from love and lam nyo na hindi tinipid sa sahug kahit lugi okay lang!😄😄 I tell you it's not easy making purple yam, from cooking, peeling, grating the yam, hew! So much work but hubby has a lot of patience that's his best asset. Now he is listening to Rey valera's songs while prepping his yam. Singing to the song as well while crying.. haha.... Yah hubby is our superman our Boss but everytime he sings he always cries! Feel na feel nya yong song. Like now while typing this post he is singing "Pangako Sayo" omg! I have lots of kisses now!😍😍😍 I am super blessed, I guess I must have done good things to deserve a very caring, loving, understanding, super masipag, ang gwapo pa and super thoughtful, all the good qualities a woman could ask for in a Man.... nasa kanya na lahat.... grabe nasalo nya yata lahat!!! nung naghagis si Lord!🥰😍 Not kidding guys! Living a simple, happy, humble life. Take note twenty-seven years already but everyday seems greater and greater ang love and respect for each other. There is a Forever! Glad I found mine! awww!😉🥰🥰

Yeap, sis naku umpisa palang sa pagbili pagpili ng ube, pagbitbit ng ilang kilo, eto seven kilos nabili namin. Then lilinisan mo, brushing tanggalin ang mga lupa lupa. Then lulutuin sa malaking kaldero dahil naku kalalaki ng ube, pagkatapos ng mahaba habang pakuluan, palamogin lang then balatan and salatan blues na naman. Salatan meaning you need to make salat salat of all the ugat ugat of the ube!😄😄 Then the gadgad! And after another gadgad.... After the cooking, yong tipong lalabas na maskels mo sa braso kakahalo! Hahaha..... Grabeng patience talaga ang kailangan sis.... Mabuti si hubby napakaraming baon.... 😍😍😍
Kaya pala masarap sis. Pero love nyo nama din gumawa nun para magiging happy ang mga mahal nyo sa buhay.
