Yesterday I stumbled upon this tweet by TheEuroSniper, who is one of those Twitter folks you have to keep an eye on if you're looking for valuable cryptocurrency-oriented information. The Founder of altcoin-traders.com shared this chart hinting that we are in for a spectacular alt season, and I think we can all agree that it's highly likely. Q2 2021 has just begun, and we are already witnessing institutional money flowing into the space, driving the total cryptocurrency market capitalization close to the $2 trillion mark.
With Bitcoin Cash finding more and more real-life use cases, and with SmartBCH in the works, I think it's much more suitable to call it the Bitcoin Cash season this time around. BCH is already getting the chance to showcase its true potential with services like noise.cash and read.cash, and SmartBCH will inevitably take things to the next level. But what is SmartBCH? It is basically Binance Smart Chain on steroids. DeFi, NFTs, farming, swaps, all sorts of applications, etc. You name it. Combine that with the power of the Bitcoin Cash blockchain, and bingo.

The best part is that it's going to be powered by BCH, so transaction fees are expected to be extremely low, which is going to be a game changer in the DeFi space, and I believe this factor will act as a catalyst for BCH adoption. Activity on the BCH network has been going through the roof over the last couple of months, and I can't even begin to imagine what it's going to be like once SmartBCH is fully launched. BCH will start breaking one record after another in terms of activity, and as you already know, the value transferred over the network will eventually translate into a surge in market capitalization.

I'm telling you, it's a very bullish read, and one that will make you very excited about the future of BCH. The flippening will inevitably happen at some point, as Bitcoin has failed to deliver on the promises made when Satoshi Nakamoto published the details regarding the revolutionary p2p transaction system, that was supposed to empower the people and help them rid themselves from the central banks that have been stealing from them for decades.
As you probably know, transaction fees have gotten very expensive on the Bitcoin network, so it's not a means of payment for the ordinary man anymore. It's more like a store of wealth for the gigachads. On the other hand, everything Bitcoin Cash has to offer at the moment of speaking is exactly what Satoshi had in mind back in 2009. Just imagine what SmartBCH actually means for the Bitcoin Cash ecosystem, and how much more valuable it will undoubtedly make it. With SmartBCH, Bitcoin Cash is going to be exactly what Satoshi was dreaming of, but like a thousand times better. DeFi wasn't even a thing back then, so they couldn't have known, but I'm sure that if Satoshi is still watching the game, he already knows his vision will finally come true.
Now, I do understand that there are doubters who think that there are way too many good projects out there that will eventually claim a piece of the pie, but Bitcoin Cash is more than just another coin out there. Bitcoin Cash is where it all started, it literally marks the beginning of a new era in International Financial History. Falsely mistaken as the new product, it actually is the original one, meaning that BCH is the one and only true, accurate incarnation of Satoshi's vision. It will always be part of history, and people will always look for it and consider it a very scarce resource with very high sentimental value. Thousands of years from now, it will be talked about in history classes emphasizing on the events that led to a truly decentralized, free world.
