Last year, we were tasked to watch some of the stories here behind the Communist Party of the Philippines-New People's Army (CPP-NPA) Campus Infiltration.

The video is extremely deep and totally tells a valuable story that everyone, especially Filipinos, must understand and should never miss. After watching it, the truth have slapped me that a lot of my fellows out there are risking their lives that extreme in fighting against our government for what they are holding to for the good just also because of some strong deceptions along their battles. I've known numerous of news about deaths about it before, yet, I was just enlightened upon hearing the remarkable stories of some activists.

The Communist Party of the Philippines-New People's Army aims to destabilize the Philippine government and replace it with a new state governed by the working class, as well as to remove US influence from the country. The CPP-NPA is sometimes referred to as one entity because the party and its armed wing are so tightly linked. On 1968, the Communist Party of the Philippines (CPP) was founded followed by its armed wing New People's Army (NPA).

National Democratic Front of the Philippines (NDF or NDFP), on the other hand, was a commission created by the CPP-NPA. The NDF acted as an umbrella organization for the CPP-NPA and other mass revolutionary organizations, attempting to unite and coordinate disparate communist groupings. Since the CPP-NPA was still outlawed under Republic Act No. 1700, media and scholarly sources have referred to the NDF as the CPP- political NPA's wing. The CPP-NPA dominated and commanded the NDF, and the Philippine government, among others, has referred to the larger entity formed via the cooperation of the CPP-NPA and the NDF as 'CPP-NPA-NDF' or 'CNN'.

Consequently, CPP-NPA-NDF have caused a great ruckus in our country including the loss of thousands of lives and properties. Young ones are brainwashed, taught hatred and distrust of authority, and then recruited into this terrorist organization, where an unfathomable number of them have killed and are buried in shallow graves across the country. Freshmen and less fortunate students are usually the primary target for recruitment on campus.

As the military's offensives against the NPA have become more intense over the last year, more and more of the NPA's casualties have been recognized as former members of the LFS. Their operations and affiliations must be scrutinized in light of the group's self-avowed and well publicized abuse of human rights problems and democratic settings as a way of achieving its political goal of overthrowing the democratically elected government via armed conflict.

The Campus Infiltration of the CPP-NPA-NDF and its front youth organization LFS uses physical infiltration to convince students or youngsters that they have become members of their organization since they participated in a rally. University of the Philippines (UP) militant student organizations have also claimed that the government is planning to 'militarize' the university when all they want to do is address the issue of Communist recruiting in schools.

In my own perspective, there's no wrong about being an activist. We all have our own rights to fight for what we think is anything that's absolutely justifiable or not. In every democratic society, student action should be embraced and encouraged as long as it is done within the confines of the law. Students idealism and energy to urge armed insurrection has been used by Communists against the state. Sometimes, we are blinded on what we think could help us all throughout.

Rebellion cannot maintain harmony and will even worsen the situation you wanted to uplift. We must utilized freedom with extreme prudence regardless of one's political philosophy because freedom is absolute. We are aware that our lives will be jeopardized since we are battling communist parties and their supporters, but we are not afraid to confront them and will do everything necessary to prevent the CPP-NPA-NDF from recruiting children as child soldiers.

The government should investigate schools where the CPP-NPA-NDF has reportedly infiltrated, such as the University of the Philippines, Polytechnic University of the Philippines, Far Eastern University, and University of Santo Tomas, where the terror group's recruitment is unhampered, unchallenged, and school administrations do nothing against it.

To address this issue as well, the government and stakeholders must work together to stop the recruitment. There is still a need to foster academic freedom on campus, 'but that should not justify anything' that encourages students to join the NPA's 'Red fighters' or participate in other unlawful or terroristic actions.

Since the year 2019, LPP has gone out into the streets, unconcerned about our safety, to safeguard our young and all children across the country from the CPP-NPA-NDF and its legal front organization's deception, falsehoods, and exploitation. With this, parents have also the responsibility in securing and teaching their children to never join with any of the communist groups.

The video is restricted here as there is an age limit for the audience, thus, I provided a link above which will direct you to YouTube. That would be all for today.

Thanks. Owe you big time!✿

I agree, there's no wrong of being an activist, they just want their voice to be heard. They are not "just looking for trouble", they are fighting for what is right.

It's terrifying to think, as a parent, 'What if my child encounters such a brutal group?' Hoping for the best!

Really terrifying. As a parent, educating and giving your child an awareness about them is one of the efficient ways you can do while the government is doing theirs. I'm also hoping for the best to come.

It's really sad to think that terrorism is still a part of the country’s existing contemporary issue. The CPP-NPA-NDF, despite having the desire to alter the system in the Philippines, is still a threat to citizens for they pose danger and fear. They have just forgotten that violence is not always the answer to everything. I hope that at the end of the day, they will seek change through peace rather than acquiring change through killing, terrorizing and causing chaos in the country.

Violence is indeed not always the answer to everything which I hope each of them will truly realize some day and process things correctly and righteously. Living in fear is likely not living at all.

Communist parties have already infiltrated different universities here in the Philippines, some schools are being governed by communist leaders hiding their profession but teaching an agenda against the government. Students are easily get recruited due to the promise of maybe money but some are brainwashed about the idea that the government system must be changed into communism so that capitalism will be removed.

Definitely, and that is still really an alarming issue that must be taken into action despite what's done already by the government. Schools must be an environment where students' security is truly prioritized as they are there not to just learn for their selves and family alone but importantly for the nation's greater good as well.
