昨天提到在試著了解 raw transaction https://noise.cash/post/1nwjkn85 照著格式基本上很快就可以解構 Raw Tx 的各個組成方塊 但要手作簽署就發現,需要補充的知識還有很多。概念上公私鑰、區塊鏈、UTXO、算力挖礦確保安全性等等構成比特幣作為現金網路的元素讀中本聰的白皮書大概很快就能理解了。 實作上,後見看來,中本聰似乎用了很多不尋常非正規的東西。這不管是在理解上或是打扣上都讓人很困擾阿。難道神秘感也是一種必須嗎... 所以手作時有很大一部分心力都花在資料結構跟編碼解碼上... 想分享的是瀏覽到的關於中本聰設計的 Tx 簽署方式的一則評論: The way signatures is implemented in Bitcoin transactions has stirred much controversy which is ongoing to this day. In a post from May 2014 he writes, “Honestly I have no idea what Satoshi was trying to accomplish with the overly complicated mess that is Bitcoin tx signatures but given a few other questionable decisions (using uncompressed pubkeys, non-canonical signatures, including pubkey in inputs when they could be reconstructed from the signature, etc) I believe as smart as Satoshi was ECDSA wasn’t his strong suit.
