Public bank is soooooo pathetic right now. I have more than minimum requirement in my savings, but my account was not active for more than 6 months. I get ZERO interest. They said because my account is not active I do not entitled for savings accounts interest, and yet they still want to charge me for ATM card that I do not use.

Sounds like banks are getting desperate. Why? Nobody is borrowing money now?
Sounds like they are having difficult time so becomes stingy. And they will be generous to those using credit cards.
