Attempted another go for #kimchi #grilled #cheese sandwich as #breakfast and this time round, I followed most of the grilled cheese gurus' pointers; buttering the bread outside before toasting to create that fragrant melty sensation. Not to mention I toned down my kimchi portion with a 50-50 mix of fresh harvested salad, topped with extra melty grilled cheese x2 How was it? Definitely filling for me!
