The main reason I wrote this article is that stressful people around me are becoming increasingly prolific, and I have written to help these people a little bit with this discomfort they have experienced.

Set realistic goals and expectations. You may not be able to do everything 100% successfully in one go. Give up your perception of perfection.
Get enough rest. With a proper diet and exercise, you cannot cope with stress without rest.
A positive attitude helps you build your self-esteem and defend yourself against stress.

Listen to relaxing music. If you can't cope with stress, seek professional help.
