So I just want to share my Eid special sweet recipe which i made for the first time It's called GULAB JAMUN here in my Country 😍
There are alot of ways to make Gulab Jamun and the one which i followed is the easiest one to be honest anyone can make it through this recipe.

Ingredients are:
Whole purpose flour 1 and 1/2 cups
Powdered milk sweetened 1 cup
Baking powder 1 teaspoon
Liquid milk as required to make a soft dough
Clarified butter 3 tablespoon
So mixed the all ingredients well and make a soft dough then covered the dough and let it rest for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes start making round without any crack soft small balls... It was my first try and it was too hot that day i don't know what happened to my balls while frying they cracked but fortunately they are soft and tasty 😍 so after frying they look like this 👇☺️
So you have to take a pan full of oil and keep it on medium stove even while frying thr stove should remain medium to low.
They are dipped in SUGAR SYRUP which is very important part of these kind of Sweets so after frying them when there colour changes to golden brown you have to shift them in sugar SYRUP for 15 minutes before eat.
How to make SUGAR SYRUP?
Water 2cups
Sugar 2 cups
Cardamom crushed 5 6 pieces
Orange food color A pinch ( I added more than that so it turned out this color 😂)
Lemon juice 2 spoon ( to avoid crystallization)
In a sauce pan, add all the ingredients and mixed them well , bring it to boil and mixed them well on low heat untill sugar dissolved.
